We're bringing solar closer to home for Pennsylvanians
CleanChoice Energy is the first company in the U.S. that both owns solar farms and supplies only 100% clean energy to consumers. Our first operational solar farm, Blairs Valley, is located in Franklin County, PA. With over 20,000 panels and a capacity of 26.15 megawatts, it has the ability to power approximately 4,500 homes. Our second farm in development, Kylertown Solar Farm in Clearfield County, is set to have a capacity of 29.42 megawatts and the ability to power 5,600 homes!
We're proud to take good care of our solar projects and the communities where they're located. In addition to generating clean electricity, we use local seed mixes to support pollinators, build wildlife-friendly fencing to allow free movement through the space, and protect natural wetland habitats with fencing setbacks.
