Recognizing Juneteenth

Beginning this year, we’ve designated #Juneteenth (June 19) as an annual paid company holiday.
Juneteenth commemorates the day word of emancipation reached the last enslaved people in the U.S., 2.5 years after the Emancipation Proclamation freed them.
There is still significant anti-racism work to be done, but recognizing this important day is a place to start.
